Manav Shaji is a self-taught artist based in Bangalore. He never trained under anyone — he learned the way most honest things are learned: alone, slowly, through failure.

His work returns again and again to the same subject: the human being 'manav', and everything a life quietly carries. Not the events themselves, but the weight left behind by them.
